I recently discovered a line of seats designed for babies age zero to six months called Snoogie Seats.I can't recall exactly how I stumbled across these but I'm 99.9% sure it was through Twitter. I tend to find out everything that's going on in the world these days through Twitter.
I'm always on the look out for unique and useful baby products to carry in my store, especially those created by other moms. Well I was equally fascinated to learn that the Snoogie Seat was created by two dads. So since the hubby and I were expecting a new addition to our family and I wanted to test out this seat for Hippo Baby, I ordered one for myself.
Needless to say, the Snoogie Seat arrived before the baby did so in the mean time, my very active and usually destructive 3 year old assumed it was hers to play with, which attests to its durability. Once our little munchkin finally did arrive, I couldn't wait to see how she would like it. Well, I think the picture below speaks for itself.
This is Baby M at 2 weeks old sleeping in her Snoogie Seat which by the way is super soft. The outer cover is made of fleece and is machine washable. It's extremely light weight (enough for my 3 year old to lug it around the house) and it sits securely on our couch as well as the floor.And there's no need to adjust any levers or bars on the seat. Simply position baby higher or lower based on how upright you want them to be. Right now I'm tickled pink that baby girl is so tiny that she fits nice and snug in the little pouch during naptime.
